well i can tell you for the US it depends on the state your in but generally anything over a gram is considered intent to sell, weed is a bit different depends on what state your in but some states will let you have a couple ounces at a time. you can look up the information you need on the clear net you don't have to ask anybody. the laws are on the internet with amounts for personal uses.

It all depends (talking UK here).

Have you got previous?
Do you have people in/out all day?
Are you a problem to society?

You have to ask yourself (lets imagine you work for the police, you're on a budget and you have to prioritise cases based upon risk/public interest), would you spend time/money going after someone ordering anything less that 1/2 ounce, to their house, with no previous or problems?

In the US some states it matters more (unless it's an insane amount like 100g coke) how it's carried and what else you have on than weight. Do you have it broken up into 1g bags, are you caring a scale, do you have a large amount of money in 1s and 5s. If you meet the first 2 examples and are sitting in a parked car in the middle of nowhere they will very likely add intent to distribute. In Texas at least it's officers discretion. If the officer believes the evidence shows intent to distribute they'll add that to the charges. The officer officer could add that to the charges simply due to a gut feeling.
