I think if you create your own sub you can assign your mod - i think, i could be wrong

I don't want to be a mod of a sub I want to be mod on a Market or for a Market. Of course you can be a mod if you create your own Sub, but this is not what i want.

if you want to become a mod on a specific sub you need to be relevant and provide high quality posts or be useful in someway, just to be a moderator, typically you don't even need to ask, nobody is going to give mod to a baby bottle as an example, simply because they are a stranger and are useless to be blunt with you, it's a lengthy process.

I'm pretty sure there is a FAQ section on dread on how to become a mod on dread (global mod), however there is 0 chance a new member can become a global mod, you'll need to be super reliable or trusted, or well vouched :).

I do think he meant being a market mod, but all of this still holds true. You have to have a backing of trust, and you would be asked, not the other way around.

I have been offered DNM mod positions, but I have turned those down. Too much risk for the reward. You know my other posts DC, I have everything I need and most of what I want already.

What was the offer out of curiosity? Actually funds or some dumb ass logs?

At this point, im brainstorming options, though a mod position / that doesnt pay dick might be worth the risk versus alternatives i've considered.

This is not a advertisement & i wouldnt even consider it unless they were on superlist.

you can become a mod on most subs here without paying, it's a lengthy process, read my comment above :).
