The worst advise i would ever give to you would be to try and replace stress or depression with something like a cigarette. theyre unhealthy as fuck, you build a tolerance insanely quick, you will become dependent & I wouldn't even consider a cigarette to be a true high.
The runners high is real man. if you want that good feels, slight release of euphoria, go for some nice long runs (within reason) and it gives you a slight buzz. I run long distances quite often and it always leaves me with a nice :high-like" feeling. It's also known to help with depression :)
The more that you grow and get bigger ans stronger the more natural high you will feel and naturally will dominate your presence without needing gay nigger drugs
you know what feels better than a xanax and a blunt? Finally pissing after holding it for as long as you can take it. the relief is godly almost like busting a nut.
Best thing I've found that wasn't drugs was exercise. Not gonna say what I'm into for OPSEC reasons but try out different things (lifting weights, running, hiking, basketball, football (US/ NON US), skates, skateboarding, anything)
I'm a drug supplier/top dealer in my area and even I admit drugs are poison. I never get high on my own supply other than to test it for reviews on Dread. Although I do drink heavily on occassion, I don't recommend it for daily use.
Exercise outside, gyms are completely unnatural and retarded. Humans were created to be outside. Also having a purpose that you really care about. Don't force it though, it has to be genuine
