Don't you just type in the characters from the dialog box? If you don't have your mnemonic pass phrase you can't do it!

Hey Thenextking,

As /u/waxwing says, you need to enter the Recovery Mnemonic you were given when you created the account. If you don't have the mnemonic, you cannot recover your account.

If you are talking about the captcha below the Recovery Mnemonic, type the characters in the captcha window into the box below the captcha text. Sometimes 0 and O are difficult to tell, so I go through those with a guess, and enter the next captcha if I fail.
