This is a very important question. Some very broad context: 'Cocaine laziness,' is largely caused by a depletion of dopamine in the brain. Other chemicals like serotonin and cortisol play into it as well. Stimulants are a straight shot to the brain's pleasure center, leading to intense euphoria that is hard to reproduce through other means.
Lack of dopamine results in 'anhedonia,' which is the inability to experience pleasure from the activities that one would otherwise find enjoyable. This can be short term (and it sounds like you're in this camp), or long term (which was the case with me).
This is why the suggestions made by /u/Vortex are good. I screwed last year because I didn't do these things. My solution was to consume more (and more) coke. Whoops! Now, I take supplements, practice mindfulness (which increases brain activity), and force myself to get dressed and take a walk especially on a sunny day. I also take a break! And one result is that I would enjoy cocaine more when I consume it.
Honestly, not much to do, i asked a similar question about recovering after amphs so you can find my post, people posted lists of supplements that help with recovery.
Apart from that, you kinda need to force yourself into doing activities such as walks, gym, etc, to encourage a bit of dopamine production. Bonus points if it's activities you would normally enjoy, i found it easy to recover when i went to the seaside after doing lots of coke one week.
It is because your dopamine receptors are fried homie. any drug like coke or meth that hits your dopamine receptors can lead to this after the comedown because your body is seeking equilibrium again. you can try to do some basic things like taking showers, going out in the sun, walking etc to boost dopamine but for at least a few days after a big binge your body will feel basically like you would during depression. only way to really get rid of the effects is start managing your use and not go on multi day binges, try to keep it a weekend thing and dont go through too much in a sitting, try to spread your use around so that your brain chems have chance to rebalance.
You are probably not getting proper sleep after those long binges and staying well hydrated. There are a few things in there that can help with that <3
You may nod off if your body is super tired so try to remember that to time your usage appropriately! If you cannot do that, then the drug is in control of you. That is the signal that you should not do it! Until later and you have time to properly recover!
