Any GOOD vendor will respond. How long have you waited for a response? Usually 12-24 hours is sometimes the norm but usually you get before that, minus weekends.

good vendors respond within 24 hrs and most respond in less than 12. bugging the vendor is a surefire way to get worse service, mentioning that time is crucial is usually as far as id go because if you come off as a fiend they will treat u even worse.
