Did both the gnome-text-editor admin:///live/persistence/TailsData_unlocked/persistence.conf etc conf lines and also copy pasted gajim to dotfiles. I get "This message was encrypted with OMEMO, but not for your device." No mather what i do.

I've literally cloned my VM's and USB drives and I still get a new fingerprint, so I won't be of any help here.
Maybe someone else can chime in.

.local > Share > Copy and paste "Gajim" into dotfiles.

When you enable dotfiles restart before doing this ^
