How to make an exchange? : InfinityProject | Torhoo darknet markets

Hi.

I've read through some posts here and if i understand correctly i should be able to make a Bitcoin ->Monero exchange on Infinity without having to make an account ( I've tried making account but failed because its vague how to do so).

I'm also having trouble however understanding how to do this on the transaction page.

What is the "Refund Address"? Is that the address of my wallet that i have bitcoin stored or is it the Infinity deposit address?

Likewise what is the "Withdraw" address? Is that the address of my Monero wallet or adress of Bitcoin wallet?

I'm confused as to how this works?

A "how to use" FAQ might be helpful here.

Thanks.

The refund address is shown underneath the name of the crypto you are sending, and should be a wallet for that crypto so it can be returned to you in the event of an issue. For example, if you are sending Bitcoin to be converted to Monero, you would need to provide a Bitcoin refund address. This can be any wallet you choose.

The withdraw address is the address of the crypto you converting to, so for BTC > XMR you would be withdrawing XMR.

Hope that clears things up.

Hi thanks for the reply but i am either really stupid (possible) or there is something i am missing here as i just don't get how this works.

If i use the now defunked 'Elude' site exchange model to explain. I had an account on Elude, this gave me a private "deposit" address which i could send bitcoin to from my own PC private botcoin wallet. Once i had bitcoin in my private "Elude" wallet I could exchange it to Monero within my account. Once that was done i could then send that Monero back to my private PC Monero wallet ready to use.

So here with Infinity, I don't understand how I "send" bitcoin to exchange to Monero?

I see the "withdraw" address will be the address of my monero wallet, but how am i sending my bitcoin to Infinity?

Without an account i don't see how this is done?

Call me stupid, but i just don't get it?

Thanks.

Our process is much more simple. You enter the amount of Bitcoin you want to send, then just send the Bitcoin to the address we provide after you click 'Start Trade.' Then as soon as one Bitcoin confirmation is received, the Monero is sent directly to the withdrawal address you provided (which will be your own wallet, not a wallet that sits within Infinity). This effectively makes the process quick and easy and works the same way as clearnet exchanges such as FixedFloat, but obviously more secure since there's no risk of being asked for personal information.
