I'll give you some stats to give you an idea of what I've been dealing with and hopefully it will be easier to understand.
Since becoming a vendor 11 months ago and up to end of May, I had 350 sales on Archetyp, 140 on Vortex 180 on Drughub. as well as a few more on darkmatter and abacus.
in the month of June I had 300 sales on archetyp, 30 on DrugHub and 40 on Vortex (this numbers are estimations) so this should give you an idea of what I mean when I say I was overwhelmed.
the sales increase with larger orders, meant, more coins stuck in escrow, effecting the cashflow and triggering the first wave of delays.
Delayed orders = extended escrow, in the end there were 20k GBP stuck in escrow, gone.
What I did wrong is accepting orders without keeping track of stock being anough to cover them all. each time I re-upped, it sold faster then the one before, causing the same issue again until archetyp went down.
The final nail was the marking of the last few orders shipped and leave unexpectedly to attend personal matters.
Look guys, I'm getting back on my feet, orders have started to land today, and new orders being fulfilled quickly.
I have messages on all the platforms and I can understand you feeling ignored, but I have over 60 messages to read and I'm trying to get through.
To the orders from archetyp that I'm fulfilling, most of them should have started to land today and if I haven't confirmed by message it means it will be shipped next week, I'm making new orders priority to help the cashflow and stock up larger stock.
It is a fucked up situation but and I will get back on this horse in no time!

it good that u admitted thye mistake however it should have been sooner, you are not the victim your customers are, you took orders for 2 weeks(from what i can see) and marked them shipped knowing you couldnt fulfill ANYTIME SOON, if you simply accepted and shipped ontime you would not have lost "20" in escrow which seems exaggerated, you'd have only lost the last few days of sales 5 at most(as we know most customers do finalize on arrival and even the lazy ones time out in less than a week), i hope you learned your lesson.
as i said i hope u compensated everyone fairly as they deserve it.
the only reason you grew so quick is because so many said the quality was wayyy above average(though i seen a few said you sent garbage a little while ago after your great feedback) this has definitely tainted your rep as a vendor, though its still honorable that you are shiping the orders, then again you HAD TO as you would be starting over from 0 under a new name if you did not which we know is a long road.....
