It's been pretty productive and things are now running themseves (Almost). My work here is complete in some ways. And huge thanks to https://torhoo.cc/go.php?u=TDNVdlozSmxaVzV3YVhKaGRHVT0=# for sticking with me and trusting me to clean this place however I believed fit, and banning every retard I considered.

I am stepping down from the moderator position for a few reasons.
• After my last health issues that I mentioned on Dread a few times, getting surgery, recovering, I realized I have not enough time as I wish I did for helping the community.
• I will be focusing on my own projects and offering my services in a formal, paid manner, on Dread.
• I learned a lot from hacking markets on https://torhoo.cc/go.php?u=TDJRdmJtVjNiV0Z5YTJWMGN3PT0=# and helping secure others, which I will put into one single market.

I have seen so many shit markets here, some that somehow passed the checks and some that I banned the shit out of. One stood out to me as being very strong, which is https://torhoo.cc/go.php?u=TDJRdlFYSm5idz09# - recently launched. After doing their mandatory pentest I was impressed and the admin was really competent and skilled at his job. With a strong team behind it, I think the rest of the new markets will be given a run for their money.

ngl though, most new markets lack in the UI/UX aspect of things. Most markets these days are using the hover feature basically like chatgpt would make it look. There is no unique things about new markets anymore, UI/UX all mainly the same boring and bland.

Hope it takes off for you and all is well but I feel the amount of new markets popping up isn't so much of a coincidence when the majority of them look pretty much the same and use the most basic of captcha's or just literally want to copy Archetyp with a broken circle.

I feel with new markets these days you need to step out the box to make it, otherwise your just categorizing yourself with the popup markets.

The difference a market must make isn't in UI or UX or some features. It's literally in being competent technically. Archetyp didn't survive 5 years because they had a cool UI and they were XMR only or at first, EU only. They survived because the big boss had a massive cock in the technical side of things.

You should have and still should USE an alt if you truly want to "stay neutral" , you can still tell us ONCE its your alt for ""honesty and transparency"" sake but the extra step to login and keep shitposts that could look like promotion, Jobs4Crypto post that could mislead people to think you should be trusted with money etc.. Using the same account for Market, Vendor PR, Checking new market etc, makes "Promotion" of your market and services more blatant with mere posts and you will keep trying to defend saying your "Intentions" were not to cross promote etc.

I don't unnecessarily tag site admins but I think this is a serious conflict of interest and "convenient" free advertisement to your market and services for which dread charges a premium to markets, here we have so called "Markets" not buying ads and expect users to carry the weight. Use multiple alts so following rule can still hold value on this site.

7) Subdread moderator roles are a position of trust, you are expected to remain neutral in moderation decisions, sticking to set subdread rules and ensuring site-wide rules are complied with. Using this position to generate profit for yourself through bribes and manipulation will gain you a site-wide ban, no exceptions.

it would be a little better with a /d/superlist market admin/pr because their market has moved past the new market stage - at least you know they can get pass checks to get on to the superlist. but even then it would be a MASSIVE conflict of interest.

it would be like us on the /d/darknetaustralia sub letting a vendor(or their PR) with a 'trial flair' in as a moderator and let them rewrite the sub rules on vendors and then explain it by saying "they have experience as a vendor so who better to vet them."
