So I come and go from using DW Markets for a couple months every few years or so and I remember the last time I left it behind a few, or possibly several years ago, I don't really remember. I remember seeing a bunch of articles and people talking about the feds getting close to being able to crack Monero basically like they can with btc... This might've even been as far back as when Empire was still the top dog. What ever happened with that? Because from where I'm standing it still seems like Monero is pretty much king and bulletproof. Or am I just crazy and this was never even actually a thing and I somehow just made it up in my head?

It depends who you are, can they break Monero yes, it takes work. Are you buying a few grams? If so, its not worth their time.
