i sent xmr directly from an exchange(kucoin mobile app) to archtyp. how fucked am i? : DarkNetMarkets | Torhoo darknet markets

as the title says i sent xmr directly from kucoin app where i bought the xmr to archtyp to pay for an order. i did this last week and only found out today that this was a big no no. i dont understand tho how could kucoin or any kyc know that the wallet address belongs to archtyp? i thought the whole point of crypto was that its anonymous how could they know what the xmr was for there order was 100g hash which is big enough but this is first time i did something like this so i dont know will they intercept package and what can happen from here on. anyone been in this situation before? am i still safe to keep ordering but doing in the right way from now on of course. feel free to call me an idiot in the comments i deserve it lol but i will try my best to bounce back from this. cheers lads.

Here's the deal with XMR. The blockchain is hidden. BUT if you are using a wallet that any other entity has private keys too, they can see your transactions. If the market is ever seized LE will know everyones deposit address... Not a problem if you use XMR safely (so far). But I know cakewallet for instance generates the wallet for you. So I'd never use that to send to anywhere. I would absolutely put a wallet I control ONLY in between. I am not familiar with kucoin but I assume they essentially generated the wallet for you and thus have full view into any transaction you make.

If you want to be safe, do this:

Exchange -> WHATEVER -> YOUR OWN WALLET, LIKE Monero Wallet on your laptop -> Market.

You must hve a wallet you fully control in between. Or you techincally have no additional security. If anyone else generated your wallet, its not your wallet. Its theirs that they sahre with you and promise to treat right.

If I remember correctly Archetyp uses integrated address (payment ID) so the first 95 characters of the XMR address are the same, followed by a changing payment ID. Since the address is the same exchanges can know it belongs to a DNM. If your transfer went thru chances are you are fine but the exchange may harass you later.

Integrated address or not you should never send coin from an exchange to a market for plenty of reasons you can search for.

You're way fucked. They're going to no knock your hime and put your pack under your pillow like the tooth ferry . This is just to get in your head. But when they cume to dread and see your confession in writing is when the fun will start. Remember just cause you think they're out to ge5 you doesn't mean they're not

Crypto is only anonymous depending on how you buy it and even then its not impossible to be traced or linked, I'm guessing u used ur own card/account to get the xmr on an exchange that will keep record of transaction. Luckily in ur case I wouldn't lose any sleep about it (assuming ur in UK) around this time of year the package should have a good chance of landing and even if not just deny all knowledge and they'll most likely drop it without investigating it much further.

In future maybe use a different drop address just to be cautious and also definitely track down an xmr vendor that will take cash in the post and get it sent to a clean wallet that doesn't require any registration.

Would buying LTC on Kraken then sending that LTC to a cake wallet then swapping the LTC into XMR and then sending it to ARCH market through cake wallet be safe?

For precaution you should always have a XMR Wallet inbetween exchange and marketplace. more the better? I have always done this as opsec.
