Since this is a vendor's private store, it's a direct deal and unfortunately doesn't have the same coverage as the markets.

If a refund was issued, he would need to personally refund the order, which should be instant. Giving the vendor the benefit of the doubt on the first part, real-life problems can occur, which could lead to no responses and your message getting buried if others are experiencing the same issue as you

Do they operate on the markets as well? If so, check if reviews are coming in or if they are active on Dread and send them a message.

Sometimes things can get missed, but it seems you have been very patient, and a conclusion is needed. Unfortunately, being a private vendor site you are pretty much at the mercy of the vendor. I would try to reach out via the markets or dread as well to get their attention.

Do some research around dread to see if you can find others that are experiencing the same problem if you do not want to name drop yet. Your only real power in this situation is leaving a review to hopefully get their attention.

Be prepared to have proof though or people will just say your no being truthful.

Charge it to the game, use escrow, and protect yourself in the future. Should share vendors name as well if they are refusing to honor the trade but not much else you can do at this point.

I’m really sorry to hear about your experience. It’s frustrating when a buyer has to deal with such issues. This is exactly why markets exist, to facilitate smooth transactions and protect buyers. When sellers have too much control, it can leave buyers vulnerable, and unfortunately not all dealers are friendly. While some are great, many are just assholes, remember they sell drugs. But give him some time. To next time I recommend using a marketplace.
