Hello,

I tried to avoid making a post on this forum as long as possible, because I did not want the vendor , Sankhara Express , to get angry with me and not help me but he already stop answering me so what else can i do ?

I made an order with Sankhara for about 1,000 USD and he tell me it comes from UK which is good for customs in my country. But then he tell me the tracking number and it is from Belgium! Belgium is dangerous to receive from so I am upset but he promises to me the package will come.

Eventually I receive package abut the box is EMPTY. I contact Sankhara and tell he he sends me an empty box and he says sorry and he will send me a reship but I have to keep my feedback review positive or he not send it to me.

Now Sankhara has stop answer me, I lost 1000 USD and only have empty box.

Abacus Market can you help me?

Your gonna have to take this on the chin mate , nothing you can do after you finalized the order and released your funds from escrow. Tough luck bud , this vendor does not deserve a flair nor a bond.

The Abacus team should be taking further action upon this vendor , after seeing way too many scam reports this vendor should be banned and will most likely be dealt with.

Do you want to submit a ticket and get your money back on Abacus? Why would you rather see him banned than find out that maybe he is making good on all the real orders in dispute. . It makes you look like one of the people that /u/Phrack was talking about when he said "They sell blood"

I am telling you what Abacus is doing about this problem. It would be best if people can get their money back.

I also congratulated I/u/Phrack for banning him on Alpha Bay because I believe the market admins have to step up deal with this first hand, so the users know where each market stands

In the end, we have two different approaches by two different markets. Whatever the outcome, we will benefit by letting them both play out. An issue like this takes time to settle, especially when people are just now submitting tickets

When reported to us or a trend of disputes occur for a vendor, that is when we can look into it and take action. If this hasn't been handled already, I'll be forwarding it to other staff to check over today. We can only act as fast as we become aware of something.

He can't take anybodies money when he no longer has FE. He can only settle his tickets. This protects all buyers and people are getting their money back on Abacus. If you bought on a other market, you might as well as done a DD. They say it's not our problem.This is a more business like approach where the market does the hard work of separating the facts from the FUD and taking responsibility for their vendor
