i have a pi running with some personal stuff in it. like some ad blocking and other applications
but lets say i buy another pi hole. can i safely host a dark net website with illigal content on it, on my own home network ?

No it's never a good idea to use your home network, especially not WiFi.
Any metadata leakage or if your Tor circuit is deanonymized you are exposed.
Best is to have multiple layers of anonymity which significantly reduce the risks.
No. Servers can be found and a Pi doesn't have enough resources to run a DNM or a cryptocurrency node.
Never do anything from the IP linked in any way to your real world identity. Period.
as other users have said do not use your local network
you could attach a 5g router and a solar panel and leave it in the wilderness
but if they find it they can track the parts back to you
