Icognito ratings displayed incorrectly : Recon | Torhoo darknet markets

I have just looked at our Recon profile and spotted a 0* review which has appeared against our profile from Incognito Market. This review was actually 5*, so there appears to be an issue with the import. Having checked other vendors, I found another example of a vendor (Quantom) who has a 0* review against their profile which was actually 5*. I suspect there are many more.

Please can this be looked into as it has the potential to negatively harm the reputation of vendors quite seriously. I will alert Incognito admins to the issue also.

We will get it sorted out soon.

Edit: It was a little mistake with the parsing of the returned output to the frontend. Bug killed.

Just discovered a very unusual bug! I searched for Dreamweaver and went on reviews. On Bohemia market, my review is now showing 4 times! I've seen other reviews on there copied and some have 5 stars and other copied ones have zero stars!

I've only tested this so far on Android as I'm not able to get on my pc.

Ya reviews seem to be being returned multiple times for multiple markets. It's one of the things we will be cleaning up with the new Recon update.

Yeah /u/Paris something is up with RECON last time I searched my name a completely different Vendor came up... (Also other issue)

But he APPEARED on RECON to have my exact Picture that I use and the EXACT Listings that I use...

It was only after creating a throwaway account on INCOG I figured out this Vendor was not using my User Picture and had totally different Listings but it was extremely strange/another bug alongside the 196 Empire Sales that went missing for other Vendors as well...

Sucks this is happening and appreciate you doing what you can to Fix it for us =)

But to be honest not sure INCOG deserves it...

I told them very politely that I did not have 7 Negative Feedback and a Total of 170 Sales that I now have 584 with perfect 5/5

They responded with something along the lines of "Feedback has already been scraped deal with it" or something along those lines...

Thought it was weird and simple to boot up Recon and literally just search for my Username... But they REFUSED AGAIN on second Ticket so I decided to send them a DIRECT LINK to my RECON ACCOUNT that had the Proof of 583 Sales at the time now 584...

The Ticket was closed right away and I was told something like "Your Feedback is there to stay"

The FINAL TICKET I made I asked if there was any problems with RECON on their end? And if so I would wait for it to be resolved if that was the case and not bother them anymore but if not I simply did not understand why they would not check my RECON too confirm I DID have 583 Sales all 5/5 no Disputes rather than "7 Negative Feedback and 170 Sales" and if it was not changed OR AT LEAST explained that I wanted them to TERMINATE me from their Market... Which they did RIGHT AWAY when it probably would have taken less time to look up my RECON and simply fix the issue... Or explain there was a bug and that my 583-584 Sales now would be EVENTUALLY brought across carrying my 5/5 Feedback and 0 Disputes but instead they chose to BAN me from INCOG (I did ASK FOR IT if that is how they operate because I was doing NOTHING wrong aside from trying to get them to put the correct RECON DETAILS on my Profile...

And they must have had knowledge of the Bug? Or no? Because they did not explain ANYTHING to me... Just TERMINATED me AS SOON AS I SAID if you cannot give me a reason why you are using the False Recon Stats and not my REAL ones then please delete my account... The Account was deleted within SECONDS just showing how much time they had to quickly go too RECON and run my Username or Public Key...

If this is how they act when things do not go to Plan I cannot IMAGINE what would happen if something went wrong with their Code... Or they needed to Defend against a DDoS attack... I mean I just cannot see what I can only describe as FOOLS running a Darknet Market...

This is MY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THEM...

It took a bit of back and fourth to Waive the Vendor Bond (584 Sales 5/5 Feedback, 0 Disputes) (Not including the 196 5/5 Empire Sales RECON took away

(But this is about INCOG not that but if you want info ask Paris he said it happened on Empire to lots of Vendors who like me lost Sales..)

Only then for INCOGNITO to not only not explain the situation if they knew but straight up REFUSE to get my REAL RECON STATS UP they put my Incognito Profile as "7 Negative Feedback 170 Sales" go check "TheSubGuy" on RECON and see for yourself that is NOT ACCURATE whatsoever and if they knew of the problem they could have simply said we are working on fixing a Bug...

Of course I created a Ticket thinking nothing of it they simply look at my RECON using my Username and it is fixed...

Wrong, they said" too bad its there to stay" or something along those Lines after me asking very kindly for them to fix my RECON STATS

I then went back again and decided I would make their Job even EASIER and sent a DIRECT LINK to my RECON which just gave an automated message saying that "My Data had been Scraped already and the Support Staff would offer no help...

FINALLY I tried THREE MORE TIMES (Have Screenshots saying Paris could confirm my Feedback of 584 and in fact I EVEN had 196 Empire Market Sales taken down from my RECON... Almost 200 Sales gone... Due to a glitch... Bug/Whatever but my point is I had 780 5/5 MARKET SALES with 0 DISPUTES...

Yet they could not CARE LESS about making my Feedback 7 Negative and 170 Sales Total when I had yet to even do a single Sale with this Market...

I was not expecting the 196 Empire Sales back (Even though I worked DAMN HARD to get them.) Ask Paris if you do not believe me LOADS of Vendors had the same issue... So it got to the point that I literally decided to ask them to Terminate my Account if they refused to even look at my Feedback

So essentially I got Banned even though I ASKED for one BECAUSE IF THIS IS HOW THEY REACT IN CRISIS DO YOU REALLY WANT TO VEND/BUY FROM THEM? Personally NOT ME so I asked they TERMINATE my ACCOUNT with them (As there was nothing to do so myself (They were more than happy to comply with that request rather than just LOOK at my RECON.. They also explained NOTHING if there was a situation they knew about.... If they are not even capable of going on RECON and typing in my Username after patience, multiple requests and ultimately having to give up for one but still technically I got Banned for them not agreeing to simply check my RECON STATS FIVE TIMES the wrong RECON STATS and me just trying to tell them that I am a Vendor with 584
