Vendors should absolutely not store details about their customers, once the shipping label is completed there is no need for the address to be kept. Occasionally there have been bad vendors that have saved details and pulled stunts like mailing buyers offers in the future, or trying to blackmail them but thankfully this is not the norm.

Also LE generally try to go up the chain and not down it, so they wouldn't be that interested in buyers, with the exception being if large amounts were ordered.

I imagine having a list of everyone you sold drugs to would just get them into more trouble anyway and not help them get out of it.

Hadn't thought about this and more vendors should consider it. Having a list of who you sold to is sort of like a confession in a way.

my-drug-buyer-addresses.txt, the darknet equivalent of street dealers keeping a handwritten notebook of their accounting and how much people owe them and for what.

I don't know what would raise their interests but I think you'd be fine with that as that's definitely not amounts someone would be buying to resell - by large amounts I was thinking more in the hundreds to thousands of pills/grams.

Yes that would make sense with the several vendors thing looking at it from that sort of perspective.

I would imagine it might be valuable for a vendor to save customer information to trade to law enforcement, since it would likely help leo identify street level dealers that are sourcing through the dark web. There have been some high profile busts where it is confirmed the fbi followed up with identified buyers.
For fent sellers it might hurt because they could be linked to overdoses, but the cops might already know about those

As for me it depends if the vendor has data delete system or he manually get ride of all buyer details after order is delivered then some might be in deep shit too
