This is a real bummer. I ordered in Nov 28, they never shipped my order and it auto timed out and blamed it on vacation even tho they were never actually on vacation mode considering the fact that I managed to order it. So now it's impossible to connect and order elsewhere. This sucks ass, seriously.

I have never seen it this bad and I've never seen the whole "monkeys" error message.
