Only real way to do that would be to order to an address there and drive it yourself.

If you are talking with big quantities the best scenario is find in person a usa supplier and arrange transport through containers, in which the supplier need to issue an invoice of a legit company, you will need some documents of transport , and register the cargo as vegetables( and do include potatoes inside the container)

Problem here is that most of the DNM suppliers will not agree to mett face to face ( they will choose well) so you will neen to find this supplier by the old way, from a friend of a friend.



Otherwise the only "secure" way to make this work through DNM, i believe is to make a medium stop within EU (not belgium or netherlands, heavely surveilanced) and to have a buddy there who knows the deal, and arrange transport from the arrived EU country (lets say france or spain, big volumes of cargo going through there) into BL, as cargo again, he need to set up a company in his country, buy vegetables, buy a truck or lease/rent, with a driver on payroll, and load the truck with potatoes, find good stashes in the truck + veeery good smell defusers.
The france company need to issue an invoice to a legit BL company which is in the business of wholesale such products as vegetables. You can actually make deal with the such product as side business and go from any radar.

If you do smaller quantities lets say 10-30lbs you could transfer the goods through a classic car with a family inside or a good couple or something, again with good stashes and good smell defusers.

For both scenarios you shouldn't drive through countries outisde of European Union cause you may face bigger security on borders.


Keep in mind that if you go with the last 2 options you should do extremely good investigation about: stashes, smell defusers, border control, documents of companies needed etc.
Both companies need to be legit, pay taxes and everything and actually be in the business of wholesale of such product.
