The problem with this is most in likely about having people physically test the coupons for opsec reasons. If they get caught people who are using coupons for fraud are easy to turn over to feds.

My country does not do many coupons so I assume this is mostly western? If there is more information you want to share with me through a PGP private message I can try to reverse engineer it but this probably takes understanding and some insider knowledge. I also would not be sure what the profit is. Yes you can escape a thousand and more off the coupons but how does me as the vendors profit well from this.

i use the same thing for the pokemon cards by making fake ones tampering with original ones and renting the offset printer , I will search into the coupons and know how to work and see if there is money in them, but its risky and i will try to keep it under 950 bucks for the law
