Incognito Market was developed in a tight schedule, within 20 days with brand new code from ground up. While it contains all the important features that a market requires, we never considered it a fully finished project. Our staff worked hard to undergo several rounds of rolling updates, but with the COVID situation and everything, the schedule was delayed for some time.
Incognito Market has been error-free and online for the past five months, without any major bug reports nor downtime either. It is now time to apply our second major update. This particular update improves security and completely rewrites the code into a much more flexible and modualized way in additional to two new features.
- IncognitoBot
This one is dedicated entirely to the vendors and is probably the best and innovative feature. We realize that a lot of vendors log into several markets each day, and find that beating captchas and not messing up credentials for different markets is really exhausting. But not on Incognito anymore, we provides a way for vendors to handle market orders from jabber. Vendors simply need to add their jabber address in their profiles and add our jabber bot, then they're good to go. The bot is capable of helping lots of things, including checking new orders, receive new notifications, mark orders, refunding, and more on the way.
The best thing about jabber bot is that all conversations have forced end to end encrypted with OTR encryption protocol and it works with every jabber client which supports OTR. It also saves you from getting phished or account hijacking, as it has multiple layers of encryption. Even if your jabber and OTR fingerprint are all hijacked, they still cannot access your account because PGP 2FA is required on jabber. In addition, remember the "secret word" that is required on login? It'll also serve as a "shared secret" between you and the server to prevent MITM attacks from the jabber end.
- Referral/Affiliated Program
Incognito Market is a small but a visionary team. We are here for the community and we thought to support community in our own ways. We realized that we can and should be sharing our profits with the community. For that, we’ve launched our referral system. - Improved UI/layout
We also made some small changes to our layout and UI, which has, since the beginning, has had its look debated. However, beauty lies in the eyes of the beholder. Some people might dislike it, that's fine, you can't make everyone happy. But for the record, a robust backend service is much more important for a darknet market, compared to frontend. We hope that it improves user experience nevertheless.

Incognito currently supports Bitcoin and Monero, this update further improves the speed of detecting new deposits and withdrawals. We've tested it ourselves to some very good results.
