It is a free sample review. There was a pic as well as extra commentary that normally don't show up in fake reviews which tend to be 5/5 all great and nothing more to say.
One should never rely upon one review to judge a vendor, could be from a shill or troll or competitor.

That doesn't necessarily prove anything because vendors sometimes ship with shit they have laying around.
I've had packs containing some old documents wrapping my stuff just to make it more thick and hard to feel by touch from the outside of the envelope.
