Ive always loved them and rep them hard but I saw another post on here detailing an issue with their order not getting accepted and then not getting a refund so I just wanted to see if anything weird was going on with them or darkmatter rn.

I messaged him a few weeks ago? Im noticing now that his account says last logged in yesterday & i placed this order I guess technically early this morning & so I guess it makes sense it hasnt been accepted but I was wondering if, in light of seeing that post & now especially you saying he's been MIA for a while, if I should cancel my order to try and recover my funds. What do you know about TT being MIA? For how long had that been the case? Also the post made me feel noided about not being able to recover my funds, but the order is escrow so I should probably get my funds no problem? Is there any reason to think that I wouldnt be able to get my funds back from darkmatter?

I placed an order with them first week of July, due to holidays it didn't go out till the week after. He mentioned they only ship two days a week now, so expect processing time a little slower, once it was shipped it landed in 4 days.

My pack is landing today.

I'm in the same boat, placed an order over a week ago on their private shop that they posted on Dread and hasn't shipped yet. I submitted a ticket and they responded yesterday saying they had some internal changes and things slowed down but should be sending today/tomorrow. I figured with the markets getting shut down it would be nice to check out a private shop from a reputable vendor. I'll let you know what happens, not a big deal if it's delayed (shit happens) and they've been solid in the past.

Still havent heard from TT on a missing pack, or gotten a refund yet, id hold off until he catches up on orders and settles things.
