IS ANYONE GETTING HELP FROM THE MODS? : EmpireMarket | Torhoo darknet markets

Ive put two messages in about our vendor account and have received no response in days. Has anyone gotten any responses or help?

Same. I've had a dispute open for well over a month and haven't even been responded to. I also had a ticket open for 2 weeks for a seperate issue and that ticket was suddenly closed without my issue being resolved and also without any sort of explanation or message from moderators. I'm just being patient at this point and I'll leave it at that.

I've had 3 open disputes over the past 2ish weeks, two with the same vendor. One of them was closed by the vendor and refunded, one with the typical mod's "vendor please reply", and the final closed by a mod with a full response. That one with the typical mod reply has had no update in about a week. I know this isn't the same as a ticket, but things arent looking good overall.

For everyone saying:
Don’t worry leave them to it they must be swamped with work and disputes tickets getting no sleep etc, fuck that. If they cannot run a fucking market or employ enough staff to run it, they should refund everyone and shut up shop as it isn’t functional like this.

I actually had a MOD from Nightmare respond to a question on here and helped me with my problem with Empire! They seem great over there.
