Yes, we use https://bohemia.so to share rotational mirrors with our customers. We do this to mitigate the effects of constant DDoS attacks. The best way to use this feature is to go to the site, complete the captcha (sometimes more than once), then copy the provided mirror to the clipboard and get a new TOR identity. That breaks the connection between the clearnet site and TOR browser.
