With you it's the combination of a really high product quality, passion for what you do, professionalism, your incredible kindness, mindset and how you interact with the community on e.g. Dread and TMG. And how you focus on good OPSEC. I think that's something that makes you very special. You are even super honest, when you are not satisfied with one of your products.
Sure - as a vendor you need to run a profitable business. But it seems that for you it's not just about the money. It seems that you are somehow on a mission against the war on drugs and to support the psychedelic revolution.
To cut it short: you are one of the few vendors I feel safe ordering from. And your good vibes always have a positive impact when I trip / roll / whatever on your stuff.

I've just made my 2nd order with you. The first one went perfectly, the product was as described and everything very smooth.

What I may say, and I'm aware of how busy you are, is that there can be long stretches between how often you enter in markets.

First of all thanks for the transparency and openess for criticism.

I dont even have to start talking about quality, because it has always been on point. So much that people were begging me for giving up my source no matter the substance.

The stealth is good too. The only thought my paranoid mind had once was that the packaging and the post-stamp always looked the same what could make somebody suspicious but who am I kidding. Everything was always sealed great and packed in cardboard, what made it untouchable for greedy delivery-employees:))
The OPSEC on the otherside seems to be very good and educational as well.

The reaction time on Versus was usually really quick. Like few-hours-quick. The reaction by Email was rather slow the last time and I had to switch vendors because I was in a hurry, which was my fault for not planning ahead. But not only did Pygmalion apologize, because it had been a stressfull time that week, he also did an apologie-post in which you could get free stuff if you submitted a post!! And it arrived!!
But Pygmalion also makes aware of slower answering times when connecting via Email on every channel, so people shouldnt really be complaining about it.
You kinda trade the time for great service and cheaper prices.

And there are soooo many things which speak for his character in this strenuous part of the internet.
He was polite and patient when I was new to this.
He asked me how I was doing during Lockdown.
He gave out samples when I wanted to try something.
He is really friendly during discussions on Dread, even when I was contradicting him and we came to a compromise.
He tries to educat on the substances on his channels.
And he even did an interview with the BBC to talk about all this madness and educate the public.

The only thing I struggle with a little are the long delivery times, which have been everything between 6 and 12 days domestic. But if you plan right and you arent in a hurry (which you shouldnt be anyways when buying products like this) its fine as well.

The last thing to talk about are the prices, which seem rather high but its sooooo worth it if you've read what I wrote above!!

I'm so glad to have found him after a rather rocky start to this game and feel safe while buying and consuming.

First of all: Thank you for all you are doing for us, for all the help about substances, harm reduction and OPSEC. You are not like many other big vendors, wo sell stuff, but do not care about the community.
You know more about OPSEC than i do (many vendoes do not!), and you care about OPSEC as much as i do, which gives me a good, calming feeling when ordering.
I ordered on alphabay, versus and via email with you. When ordering on DNM i got my order everytime literally within a handful of days. But when ordering via email (i did it only once) it took significantly longer. It was so much longer that i, beeing an impatient a little paranoid person, started really to worry , getting night sweats and sleep disorders. It all went out fine and to be fair on DNM i ordered a single on-stock item, whereas the email order was a larger bulk one.
Would it be possible to inform about the shipping date in DD? it doesnt have to be an exact day, but something like we will ship your order in week 46 would be perfect.

I love that you are actually asking your community and customers this question. And I have no reason to believe its not genuine. Hard to come by in a world of anonymity and money, where most draw the line after the two.

Ive only experienced fast and positive replies from you, so I think the communication is pretty on point.

One issue, and this is a personal rather than a systemic one, I havent recieved my order from 29th March :( Although it was my first, I will order again soon, and try my luck with my country's postal system again. Btw, Im not blaming non-arrival on you at all, so its not even a criticism. Its the damn thieves.

I came across PYG through various dread forums. well, but if you look at the darknet, or the whole DNM, you come across him again and again... I wouldn't call him a primal stone, which betiffs the DNMs. so i decided on the spur of the moment to treat myself to his fast, dry nasal fabric.

I hope you will have 2C-B in stock again - I would order that from you in an instance.

Currently I can only find 2C-B from Germany with these mega drop ship vendors that are all over the place,
and my experiences with those are really mixed. Especially in regards of quality.

Hey! Great service! And I loved your messages that you were sending in response to orders I made :) The quality of amph sulphate is fantastic.

However the last order from 8 days ago still hasn't been delivered, and you didn't respond to my messages on the market (3 days) or on jabber (not even sure you reply there haha). So my latest experience is rather negative also because the price for speed increased more than 3x.

Very disappointing and overall frustrating experience. First time ordering with Pygmalion on Alphabay and was hopeful given the reputation and feedback here. My order didn't arrive, I had other orders made through Versus right before it shut up shop and they landed fine, Pygmalion's was the only one not to arrive.

Opened communication asking for at least a partial reship, Pygmalion agreed but was very slow in confirming it was sent. The reship also didn't arrive.

It was an FE order so I presume Pygmalion was stringing me along until the 21 days passed so that I can no longer leave feedback on Alphabay.

Opened up another conversation with Pygmalion after he reached out an requested my order IDs. He asked what do I suggest for a resolution. I stated I want a refund and he refused.

Two orders sent my him didn't arrive and a refund was refused so you can come to your own conclusions.

Delivery time was good as well.
But the quality of your products.. i don't know..
They're not bad, but really not worth the high prices.

Sadly had a bad experience on Alphabay. I am familiar with the fact, that there is a lot to do some times and post can also take some time. But I would really appreciate to get in contact with u on the platform. I am still waiting for two domestic orders since about 18 days and i would like to get the problem solved.

Hi, i'm super happy with your Service, just one thing i would consider doing is, programm a Confirmation when the Order in your Shop is done and Paid so Buyer knows that everything is fine, even if it's just that the site switches when amount is paid, saying something like "all done".

Hi, leider warte ich jetzt über einen Monat auf meine Bestellung. Andere Bestellungen sind in der Zeit locker angekommen, selbst wenn die Post Probleme hat, wäre es mittlerweile da. Hab euch ne Mail geschrieben, ich wäre sehr dankbar wenn wir hier eine Lösung finden würden! Danke

Wollte nur hier klarstellen, dass sich alles geklärt hat, Nachdem die erste Sendung wohl bei der Post verloren gegangen ist, hat /u/Pygmalion ein Reship mit Tracking geschickt und das kam dann auch nach 2 Tagen an. Durchweg immer freundlicher Kontakt mit Pygmalion, der ganze Prozess hat sich leider etwas in die Länge gezogen, aber am Ende Alles gut und somit Vertrauen wieder hergestellt.

Allerdings kam die Sendung als Einschreiben mit Unterschrift und nicht wie angekündigt per Einwurfeinschreiben! Bitte darauf achten in Zukunft.
