Yea, what /u/Crypto4Chickens said. Bitcoin "mixers" are last decade technology. Best practice these days is to swap in and out of coins hrough decentralized tools (XMR preferred, but not required).

bisq is very good, it's a p2p dex, and fundamentally a very strong method for private transactions. I also wanted to chime in and way yeah "mixes" are fairly out of date since privacy coins like XMR became more widely adopted. Alternatively to a p2p dex, you can also use simple interface aggregator service like zenx-ink, ~1-2% fees, fully non-kyc and shields your ip via proxy relay to other exchanges. Different architecture but an alternative option for faster swaps and lower rates.
