is it even possible to succes live from criminal : Laundromat | Torhoo darknet markets
like if i sold for example 1000kg of coke or i rob bank, idk whatever that is illegal and get bunch of money for example 1m $,
is it possible to launder that and to find some job and work and find some way to launder that and to live luxury life while no one know what u to???
I personally think it is possible as a small or medium time criminal. 1m$: Sure why not! You'd have to start a small business or know someone who runs a small business. You could use some of the proceeds for many small purchases (assuming the cash itself was not dirty - this would be for avoiding paying tax or reporting that income. actually cleaning say 150k per year shouldn't be that hard if you never deposit it). Although, in this day and age, you'd expect the "authorities" to basically follow you around and count how much you spend. So you'd want to live somewhere that you are not surveilled in great detail so that you could use your cash for small purchases consistently without raising an eyebrow. It's hard to know where to do that though, as many third world countries are becoming surveillance dystopias these days. I've been to third world hell holes where the surveillance seems to be about as intense as anywhere in the world, although most people wouldn't realize it.
I'd add that it depends on which superpower has control. Some countries are surveilled by China. They probably don't mind if you made the money from people in the West and spend it in a country where they are the surveillers. For that matter, you could probably just go to mainland China and spend cash pretty freely. But "greater" China could be trouble as the US has more influence in those places, regardless of who officially is in control.
i think u make it more complicated than it is but, what u wanna say is that if i had few mills that was made illegal i need to start living in some rich country and to change lifestyle and so on? why I can live my normal life and just change some things and thats it, but probably luxury is problem
Sorry I did get off on a tangeant. But what I'm saying is that in most of the world you're under intense surveillance. Everywhere you go is recorded. That this is true in mainland China is an acknowledged reality, because China is quite "foreign." But it is just as true in the United States. If you spend money but the surveillers cannot see how you make that money, you'll be noticed, at least algorithmically. My point regarding going to another country is that in some few countries you won't be under as intense of surveillance, or you'll be under surveillance of China, who probably won't share your info with western governments. You don't actually need to go to a foreign country. If you reside in the United States, you'll want to be really careful about how much you spend and where. I think you can get away with spending around 150k in *cash* per year without the surveillers really caring much or doing anything about it, although it will be noted in their systems. I think you can convert about that much money to cash pretty easily without getting caught. You might want to partner with someone in a country with no capital gains tax, by the way, especially someone who routinely deals with a lot of money, because they could sell crypto pretty easily. So a few mill is no big deal and you can get away with it, but you need to realize that surveillance is *intense* and that it will be much harder to, say, buy a house with your money. It will be somewhat complicated but not all that difficult. I don't know that much about money laundering. If you can actually launder your money, all the better. You only need to launder a bit of it, because you can put most of your official income into your more official purchases, such as a house, subscriptions, official investments, etc. And you can keep much of your money in crypto if you know what you're doing and that can be an investment. You can spend your investment by simply spending the money on retail purchases.
My points are not actually that complicated, but disorganized into a kind of a comment-vomit. For that, I am sorry. My fingers just keep going.
I liked your answer a lot (9.5/10), so probably if u have 80% of your illegal money in crypto u are good?
and probably it is easier and safer to buy things directly with crypto? cars/house and so on?
