Is it possible to register with an android phone : DarknetMarketsNoobs | Torhoo darknet markets

My laptop is not available at the moment. Is it possible to register and order from places like DH? If not what are my options. My phone is very new but I know it's still just a phone.

Technically yes, but it’s VERY bad for OPSec.

Obviously everyone will condemn the practice but I've used Android quite a bit to successfully carry out orders over the years on my janky ass Samsung A03. Cash App > BTC > XMR > market on PlayStore copped TorAlpha > OpenKeychain (PGP'd address) & the end result's been more or less the same despite whatever OPSEC holes I've exposed myself too in the long run.

Yes i agree when I've had laptop repairing or so I done It with my Android and had no major problem. And yes opdkkeychain works as Kleopatra and does exactly the same thing

It's really just the pgp that is a problem

PGP isn't a problem.

There's a great little app called openkeychain (dot org). It works as well as Kleopatra or anything else I've used on PC. Might take a little longer to generate a key pair, I can't remember, but it's no big deal. It's on the Playstore, too. I have it installed on Android 9.

And while I have no idea about connecting over CELLULAR- I'm guessing TOR browser over wifi is TOR browser over wifi. Which can certainly be done on an Android phone.

I acknowledge it's not as secure as TAILS, and people are going to scream bad opsec, but everyone has a different tolerance for risk, and I don't think there is anything inherently unsafe about it. I connect, order, and check order status regularly- but I do use pgp, I don't connect my TOR identity to anything that could identify me, and my phone has never been registered over a cellular band, or in my name. I've even checked for DNS leaks. Good enough for me, as a user, to feel safe enough ordering personal amounts of drugs online.

Yes, you can easily register and connect with an Android phone, and it's often far more convenient than booting up a TAILS USB from a computer that doesn't belong to you.
