Is it worth trying DNA if the courier took a photo? : Refunds | Torhoo darknet markets

I've noticed this happens a lot when receiving parcels, especially in the UK, if you don't answer the dude will give it to your neighbor or put a slip through the door asking you to collect the parcel yourself. If you do answer they take a picture of the parcel in your hands. Is it still worth trying a DNA if this happens? Or would it be recommended to go straight to FTID or claim missing items? Thanks

Couldn't tell you about uk fraud, but in the us, you can still try it by saying someone must have stolen the package from your porch. That might trigger a police report request though. I'd go with empty box, wrong item received, or partially empty box

is it better to request a refund directly with ups as DNA or the brand itself?

I think you're right here. Definitely a plausible excuse if they leave it on the porch. Unfortunately some couriers in the UK won't leave it on the porch and keep redelivering until they can get a picture with you holding the parcel. I think you're right about EB/PEB being the best method in this situation, probably the lowest effort highest reward method if you don't mind only getting a partial refund

I've done DNA with a courier photo in the US. It worked fine for me, but I also had plenty of purchase history on the amazon account I used. All I told support was that the package was not there when I went to get it after work. You don't want to say what you think happened. Trying too hard makes it obvious.

Not always, I had an order and they took a picture of it in front of my house, still got the refund

Although it was shitty photo and didn't show the numbers or address of my house.

Probrably, even if they do take a photo, its very plausible that someone stole your package
