Is the Xchange site listed on the dnm bible a scam or do refunds just take forever? : Monero | Torhoo darknet markets

A couple of days ago I had tried to send btc to a wallet provided by the website Xchange. I found this site linked on the dnm bible & it seemed reliable as it was also on kycnot.me. But i didn't know there was a 500 dollar minimum to transfer anything. I have now been waiting four days for my refund (edit to add that it told me id get a refund in 72 hours if the rest of the minimum was not sent), ik it can take a long time for crypto to be transferred but it seems like it only takes a few hours extra tops, not days more than what i was told. Did I get scammed or is it just taking long to process & im just being stupid?
