I will level with you, I understand where you're coming from. But unfortunately, without offering anything in return, your options are immensely limited.

The wealthy are not willing to toss their money away for people who show no signs of ever doing anything meaningful with it.

/d/beggars is your best option for even having a chance of actually getting "free" XMR. So ultimately, to answer your question: no. No you cannot get free money. Such a thing doesn't exist.
