Is there anything I can do about this? : LSD | Torhoo darknet markets

I ordered for the first time (from NL to US.... I know now... bad idea). It was finalized early. Anyway the seller has had bad communication with me the entire time. It took them a couple weeks to even message me confirming they shipped it. They told me they sent it out 10/5. I haven't received it. I've been trying to get a hold of seller for the past week or so about refund or reship... even if it's partial. Nothing. So they have my money and I have nothing.
Do you think they even sent it in the first place? Is it possible that it will still come and it's just super slow? How likely is it that it got seized?
Anyways, I know what not to do next time.
