Is there anyway to pause and save progress made on syncing with feather? : Monero | Torhoo darknet markets

So I haven't been on the DNMs since 2022, and I'm sure a lot has changed. I had feather wallet 1.0.1 last I used it, and I remember that if I closed the wallet, or if it lost connection at that time, it would have to start all over again from the beginning.

I finally got on today, and I was about 800k blocks behind. According to my calculations it's gonna take a couple hours and about 11 gb to finish the update using my current connection.

I also updated feather, so now I'm on 2.6.7, kinda hoping this isn't an issue anymore, and hopefully feather will be able to save the progress it has made in updating my local instance. If I lose connection or close the app, will it save progress now? Or will it have to start all over again?

Afaik as the wallet updates the commits are permanent. I know I've had to stop an update at one time and when I resumed the update picked up where it left off.

Also be aware the syncing process is faster these days, probably because of technical improvements. Hoping your sync goes quickly for you, although 800k blocks is going to take a while regardless.
