It takes one DarkNet market to change something before other DarkNet markets start following them : CafeDread | Torhoo darknet markets

It's all too common seeing the lesser known (or new markets) following the steps of the more established markets. This is perfectly fine and a natural process for the most, but I believe markets should take risk-bearing approaches with introducing new features, restrictions and regulations. Otherwise, what's to differentiate markets amongst each-other if the only difference one provides is purely based on performance or user-base? Seemingly, competitiveness has left years ago and nowadays markets have become more sluggish and less innovative.

Too many markets tend to sit comfortably and hope that longevity or advertisements would pay off but this is not the case anymore, the nature of DarkNet markets priorities (and should prioritize) being innovative with features, to play around with things and see which thing work. Like how markets before feared of transitioning from Bitcoin to Monero, so they often offered hybrids of them both, but now nearly all markets use Monero. This was the first step to functionally reform that headed towards good.

I also fear that many DarkNet markets don't set up their own restrictions/regulations (even based on their personal morals) and follow like a bunch of sheep, purely because they fear that I'd result in less customer-base. A perfect example is fraud. I've talked with many market admins in the past and they've expressed their opinions of fraud to be negative, but they continue to provide a base for these sellers because of how many vendors there are. Somebody whom I admire for their monumental reform to DarkNet Markets is https://torhoo.cc/go.php?u=TDNVdlNIVm5ZblZ1ZEdWeQ==#. They were the one who put a full stop for sales on things that don't align to their moral beliefs, and it has worked. Markets who oppose the Dread site-rules are ultimately ostracized which results in less sales for them overall.

DarkNet markets nowadays are lazy and profit-driven, too many of you are too afraid to stand out and step up to your personal morals and beliefs. It's ironic seeing this because market admins are supposed to be the ones to be most innovative and most likely to be independent, based on the nature of Darknet markets, but you are not and it's sad to see.

true but i find that now a days all markets are kind of similar , half of the vendors are scammers the other half are either LE agents or some random ass dudes selling you low grade lowkey dangerous shit...

archetyp was the first major drugs-only market (i think - i haven't been around all that long). by your logic, others should be following in their footsteps. i think there are a couple of smaller markets that have declared themselves drugs-only, but most are just greedy & want the coin that comes from dumbasses being duped by shady fraud sellers. anyway, i hope many more markets try to fill the hole that archetyp left behind, bc no one's doing it right now
