After attempting to purchase VPS using Monero on four separate occasions, I was scammed three times before finally encountering a legitimate provider. After payment, every scam site behaved the same way: support became unresponsive, and the VPS panel became stuck in a "pending" state.

Try kyun.host. They accept XMR and the prices start from about $4 for a basic VPS with minimum requirements. Sometimes they have some downtimes but besides that I've never had any issues with them.
