It has been a pleasure for the nearly 3 and a half years. This day was going to happen sooner or later but it still seems surreal.

i was told by /u/iceheap the following bc its happening to me too. This message was 6 days ago from him and i'm still waiting as of today:

"That message has been occurring because you were phished and your account has been put on hold for verification

with that said you don't need to worry it will be resolved before the market closure

when we will check your ticket we will ask some question for verify the account ownership but it may take some time because there is high volume of withdrawal and order pending to process we will check all tickets later

We're closing the market very very soon by giving a month to complete the orders, however don't wait for the entire month, closing date could be earlier not later. Everyone must withdraw their coins within a week or max two weeks.(more precisely within 15 days) A smooth retirement is a very big battle.

A market closing is a lot less messy than one that exits. When something like this happens it is less frantic because users and vendors are aware and are able to take the necessary steps to tie up loose ends.

Asap market has been good to work with and I commend them for retiring. We will do all we can to keep our users informed and to keep FUD from being posted on any dnm family of subs.

Smaller markets will be making posts welcoming asap vendors with free vendor bond. Pretty standard when a market leaves for whatever reason.

Verifying vendors and sticking to /d/superlist markets and escrow is the best option to avoid scams like you mentioned.

1. Disable transaction.
2. Allow users to finish their deals for like 1 month because of disputes.
3. Close shop.

'cause there may be vendors contemplating scamming their customers if they know that your market is gonna go away soon.

Thank you for not exit scamming. It is a rarity unfortunately knowadays where when an admin decides to close his market for whatever reason that they adopt the honorable way to cease operations. Although their was a hiccup a few weeks ago where funds went missing from several accounts with withdrawals addresses being different from those submitted by vendors, overall for those of us that have been there long enough it was a good experience. you shouldnt worry about this, since mostly all vendor operate on multiple markets, its not like if ASAP closes, their operation will aswell.

If somehow he declines the order, and you still want to order from that vendor, you can just look for him on other markets (They usually have the info of their other market activities on their Profile)

Damn, I been using the place for so long now. I get my monthly maintenance benzos and the odd tid bit here and there inbetween,

I usually always used a couple markets at once but had a couple accounts on this and only used it for a while. By sounds of things I better find myself a new market.

I was going to place an order tonight or tomorrow night but thanks for the heads up as no doubt the vendors have seen this and might mess things up today or tomorrow.

At least I can message just now and ask them which other markets they are on etc as doubt they will be sending any out tonight or tomorrow night after seeing this.

Sad to see you go, Im always skeptical about every market. atleast i only have like 14 usd xmr which is too low to remove when you shut down.

I was less paranoid about this market than others though. The amount of time it was on frontpage you's were exit scamming and sometimes was just some kind of updates.

I managed to get on a mirror and said here and still had faith, /u/Astrike even awarded me gold on here once for keeping the faith and saying it was still up and running. Decent people you all are.

Well i better log on and message vendors see where else I can find them as aint used anywhere else in a longtime, when bohemia was pretty new I think.

Always good to see a market go out like this, remember the shit storm that speedster or whatever he was callled caused on here when dream exited, and nightmare really was a nightmare lol. Ive seen people mention archetype. Think when you's were down i used incognito but not even sure that is still going.

I better get on asap like ASAP and find out where im making this weekends order lol.

Seriously though thanks, great with me on a non delivery and always answered my tickets even when issue had resolved itself half the time.

Been trying to login to my account all day and it keeps saying "Invalid username or password", I have 2FA enabled and had no issues logging in for the past 2 days.

You most likely got selectively scammed, there are a ton of people with accounts deleted, locked out or have funds disappearing. They're being careful to do it to accounts that won't cause too much noise on the forum.

We'll most likely hear the majority of the noise after the market has shutdown in a week or so and people are asking where their money is gone, they'll just turn around and gas light you saying that you didn't withdraw it fast enough.

On a related note: I was unlucky to place an order just before announcement on ASAP. Seller stated 8 days ago "we can post it today, but pls finlize asap". I said ok, then after 2 or 3 days I started asking whether they posted order and they keep ignoring me since, no order came so far. Normally I'd be more patient but due to unusual conditions I decided to start dispute. Do I need to open a ticket or that's all I have to do? Will ASAP admins just react to Disputed status?

Seems like a half exit scam, set a minimum withdraw limit, announce you're closing to give some people a chance to get larger sums out but keep the minimum withdraw in effect so you keep everything under what, 45? 25? Doesn't seem like much until you multiply by thousands, and no one ever responded to my support requests, and depositing more money just to withdraw a smaller amount just sounds dumb because there would probably be some error with the deposit .

I was about to place my last order with ASAP but they closed early and did not refund my coins after stating they will be around for 12 more days with one more day or ordering. Still 0 coins have arrived from my withdrawal, and /u/LeChacal is continuing to ignore my PM with further account details, etc.
So they may not have exit scammed in the traditional sense, but holding onto mine and seemingly many others' withdrawals from the wallet on their site isn't exactly what I'd call "not" scamming in some capacity...

I'll use that chance to tell you my story and praise vendor tescoexpress for risking (and losing) the payment for the coke I've ordered from him (merely 3.5g and some Diazepam to ease comedown).

I have noticed the announcement about the retirement on ASAP market site few hours after I placed an order. I was worried so I messaged tescoexpress that probably he wont send it, can he cancel and can we take it to another market, sth like that. He said we can post today, but pls finalize asap. It wasnt arrived after a week and I was molesting them with messages asking if they sent it. No response ever received. But few days later asap went down.... I was disappointed that Ive lost money (not a lots but still bitter feeling). However, my package arrived another week later! It was bloody RM, it;s a joke, they were lost, turned out tthey could not find the address for few weeks and dumped tonnes of letters, among them my shopping from tesco. It wasn't first time I've order from him - the coke is top purity. I believe it is as good as it gets on dark markets. I feel obliged to promote them after this story happend. If you re still not found the trusted coke vendor my go to is now tescoexpress and Esnortiar (exactly same top quality - same rush with same weighted amount when IV-ing coke after a week - I lock stuff away under timed lock for the weekdays).

Hey ASAP. I know i may be late on this, but i have been out of pocket overt the past few weeks. Further, I transferred $700 in Monero to my ASAP wallet. Transactions are delayed due to high withdrawal requests. You can wait and if your withdrawal fails it will be refunded back to your wallet and you can make a new withdrawal request

so what is going to happen with my 2 orders from falloutb0y? it has been over 3 weeks since order date and the tracking number still says that usps hasnt got the package to even start although falloutb0y has said they have been in route for almost 2 weeks. its bullshit. i released the funds to qualityfakeids bc at least he is communicative. i realize its only $300 but i can do a lot with that.
