Saying "-Kali linux or other type hacker" is like saying "Screwdriver or other type of mechanic". Sorry but you are a noob and only way you can get people to work for your irl movie script is to pay them upfront. You won't, (highly likely because you can't) and even if you do, you'll get scammed. Otherwise, some other noob like you will join this makeshift team and you all be going to prison if you ever attempt to do something.
