Depends 100% on the vendor. If they use good stealth and use quality tanks that dont leak you're fine. If they write "THIS IS DRUGS" all over the package you might get a knock from the cops

Yes and no. By the way, 40 carts is not a "big" order. I guarantee there are multiple 1k+ unit orders for carts on the daily. A jump from 10 to 40 should not raise any flags if there is proper packaging and handling -- especially a domestic shipment.

Well, number matters to an extent. An order of 10k carts would be pretty big, for example, and harder to package well. 40 would not be hard to package well, if the vendor takes time and care.

A poor vendor may just throw 40 carts in the box, write your address, and throw it in their card to head off to the post office. That's how shit leaks and could cause problems.

I always look for reputable vendors and check the feedback about packaging and stealth, its pretty insightful
