Hi, I've had an altered state of mind experience with some plants medecine that lead me to do yoga breathing exercices for 2 hours straight without any knowledge whatsoever about that.

It was very healing. Now I can't get my hands on plant medecine that easily and I've read about people ataining this state through Ketamine State Yoga (KSY). I'm excited to get my hands on K though all the products I've found are in powder form. I'm not interested with IV, IM or snorting, do you have any suggestions for K consumption ? Can attest, subjectively, to the ways in which K can augment meditative states, particularly in drawing attention to breathwork to attain deeper and controlled states of meditation. Determining the proper dose, for me at least, such that the K doesn't take more control over the body than what would allow the mind to maintain its dominion over it, is key. As to administration, if you're not a fan of insufflation, there are several guides on here that provide decent instruction and methods for how to produce your own nasal spray. There are some reputable vendors on here, DYOR of course, that offer premade nasal sprays. I never personally tried their liquid, but /u/Academia has some decent feedback from users (I will be throwing up a review on their non-liquid product soon). Sublingual administration will not be as effective as other methods in terms of effects, but those options are also available.

/u/arthuswc3 You can try using ketamine orally. The bioavailability for oral is about half that of intranasally. So we recommend 100mg reach a threshold state equivalent to about 50mg intranasally. The effect is a bit longer and more psychadelic as well compared to nasal.
