They go after VENDORS in these situations, not buyers, because there are way too many to count. Even if they have your information, do you really think, with how big the market was, they will send a love letter to everyone, arrest, or search everyone, or even a good amount of people? no!!! They can't even prove it was you that ordered it most of the time, especially if you took extra measures such as a fake name and drop address.

Taking extra security measures is always good, but either way, if they want to find you, they will find you.

Small time buyers should not be worried but you have to evaluate your personal situation (fent is HOT right now). Most importantly don't make it easy for them.

i believe you are referencing my post and you are 100% correct. most people don't HAVE to clean house to that extend. i would never be naive on a level where i dont care tho. it would be incredibly foolish to just ignore that. even if you're not cleaning your house, whats stopping you from taking a step back and going over your everyday procedures?

i'm not saying people shouldn't care, and people should take SOME measures, like not ordering from other markets for now (to your address at least, imo even if this didn't happen fake name + drop address is always the way to go)

stepping back and going over how secure your identity is and your everyday procedures is always good, i just saw people (not in your comments, but other posts/comments) being paranoid oooohohohohoh LE is going to stick a rod up your anus over a couple grams of coke ohohhohohohohoho

I got some good advice but I welcome more.
I bought fentanyl 3 times in small quantities 20 m30 per bag. I foolishly used the default encryption for the address. My last order was on the being shipped status. The next day archetyp was down for "maintenance". Here's my main concern. I was sending it to a friend. An older kind man who needed some pain relief. He knew what it was but trusted me to not get him in trouble. The other two shipments of 20 arrived. They were from other vendors. I was trying to find a good vendor. So should I learn from my pgp mistake? I was 2FA and assumed they were using my pgp. Like I said I'm new. Or should I burn down the house and my gerbil?

What you're saying, my friend, is reckless. They must be worried for a very simple reason: traceability of operations and that many encryptions can be decrypted, especially those made with the market itself. That market is sold to LE -IMO- in exchange for a minimal sentence, or to continue serving as a police liaison in future market management operations.
With this intervention, unlike non-consensual ones, it can open a lot of evidence that will allow specialized services to detect many important sellers in Europe (NL - GER Above all), whit low OPSEC.

While what you're saying is correct, I'm mostly talking to small-scale buyers who think they're going to be dragged to a police station because of a few grams of ket or coke. If you used the auto-encryption, well.... nothing is probably going to happen to you, depending on how much you bought, but that's on you. Everybody should manually encrypt shipping details. I do think large scale buyers and vendors should stay cautious, especially vendors..

Well I certainly hope LE considers it more important to get to the vendors because those can provide valuable intel on who imports the stuff how, i.e. going up the supply chain, than to bust some father of two who occasionally does some coke before a sales presentation, or some broke student who spends his last dime on weed and ketamine.

Well everyone should've encrypted their messages themselves anyway. Never rely on the platform.

Which would then mean customers would only be on the hook if they bust a vendor who never deleted the addresses after shipping. Which would be massive stupidity given this would be used as evidence for large scale dealing.

Your only concern would be a vendor whose logic is "if they bust me and I provide them with all my customers, I can make a deal for a lesser sentence".

Like the other dude said, only if the vendors give up the customers (depending if you manually encrypted or used automated encryption), and even if you used automated encryption, if you didn't order too recently, archetyp deletes messages/addresses off the platform after 14 days.

In fact, your risk of getting an LE visit simply for ordering illicit stuff and it getting discovered by customs/postal service is a LOT higher than from a market bust.

A market bust requires either unencrypted info on the market servers (impossible if you encrypted messages yourself) or unencrypted info in the hands of a vendor (very unlikely unless they get busted at the exact same time as the market, otherwise they will hopefully have deleted all addresses they sent out to, and deleted all pending ones once they realize the market was taken over).

It would be much easier for LE to simply catch a package in transit with your name already on it.

So there's little use in beating yourself up whether the cops will come knocking on your door - if you're concerned about that, you should never have allowed an order to go to your address, that's MUCH more risky.
