A few that are in my rotation right now are:
/u/rushrush (on Arch with Peruvian, many consider it consistently the best around)
/u/NiccoloMachiavelli (MachLimited on Arch with ether washed Peruvian, Bolivian, and Colombian or has a direct site where he also adds Chilean and Brazilian as options)
/u/SNOWFALLS (on Arch, lab tested mid 90s and way cheaper than a lot of other vendors, super cool dude too)
/u/clockwerk (acetone washed Peruvian on Arch if you want something washed and don't want to do it yourself like me this is a great product)
/u/untitlist (also on Arch, really loving this Colombian right now. also has super fast shipping, I've done his express a couple times before and it really did land 1-2 days after I ordered. starting to see his name mentioned more but not as frequently as some of the others)

I'd recommend any of these vendors and have had great experiences with them as far as quality of the product, customer service, stealth, and shipping/processing times. I don't think you can go wrong with any of them. And honestly with the quality these days across the DNM being what it is, you're going to find vendors with verified, independent lab testing over 90% all over the place. It's really a good time to be buying blow right now.

I can't say which of the three are the best yet, I ordered during the Introduction Sale but if my memory serves me correctly I believe it was the Mario one
