looking for advice : CafeDread | Torhoo darknet markets

I got a friend that is trying to see if he has fed indictment, what is the best way to see if he does or not? is it pacer? fed lawyers are hella expensive and the ones he tried to call i guess wanted a retainer of at least 20k before even checking. Or i cant think of the name of it right now but that service lawyers use the background search that is only for lawyers, private investigators or L.E. any advice or help on the matter would be greatly appreciated. Being able to see if there is something what it is would be a plus but i know a lot of the times it just shows sealed so he is just interested in seeing if there is an open case on them. thank you in advance.

I seriously doubt that would be possible to see? If it was then everyone could just move to house and clean Belize before anything ever happened. It would probably be when his door got smashed in that he'd find out.

No need to Belize in that situation, those doors are the secret cheat code against feds - they just keep going around in circles wondering how tf the corridor is so long until they get bored and go get some burgers instead.

I saw a microscope image once comparing a human hair against a mcdonalds burger and the hair looked like a donkey dick in comparison to it.

Lexis Nexis is one of the original companies for that, but there are a bunch of sites out there now that give you access to public court documents. The thing is with you saying in another comment about it not mattering about it being sealed and it's fine with you not being able to see the contents.. sealed will mean there is just nothing available - no names, nothing. Nothing exists until after the guy is arrested. Like what
/u/cthulhuskittens already said to you.

i will google for those other companies, and yeah it being sealed will show nothing but will show there is something open which that is what he is looking for. hes only looking for if he has an open case on him not any other information about it and that sealed will only come up if there is some case open or pending on him.
google is gay. use mojeek,, etools.ch, yacy, metager, gigablast, peekier, searx.me, etc..... instead.

No man, his name will not be visible and searchable whatsoever unless he's actually been arrested and it then gets unsealed after. I know nothing about US law, but common sense dictates that this is how it works - if you could do what you want to do nobody would ever get arrested because they'd just have to do a search every week and then just go into hiding when something came up because they'd know they were going to be busted at some point.

are you talking about the PACER database? you can pay to search existing court records sure but if the indictment is sealed you're not gonna find it, that's the whole point of sealed. so you'd probably be wasting your time

thats what i mean he doesnt care nor is he looking for what the indictment says he just wants to see if one is there so if it shows sealed its not a big deal
