LTC TO XMR USING KILO : Monero | Torhoo darknet markets

I exchanged ltc to xmr day before yesterday and till no coin received. So my questions is
1. Did kilo really send xmr to my wallet(Monerujo)
2. Can Monerujo receive my xmr but hold it up cos of some bad reviews I read on play store and I've contacted them two times now, no reply.
3. Or just error or mistake. Please help

Hi, I am admin of Kilos. If you could please message me with your swap identifier and/or your LTC deposit address, I may be able to help you figure out what happened. I have been closely watching the LTC swaps to ensure everything is working correctly and I have not yet found any issues so I think it may be that your wallet software is not syncing correctly.

If you have your PGP signed swap proof, that is the absolute best method of authentication for me to use. Otherwise, the swap identifier or deposit address may work to fix this as well.

I went on kilos earlier today to swap XMR toBTC but not understanding where it says something on the top likr identifier,a good explanation on swapping coins would be good idea coz i didnt have a clue and ive pretty much used them all,this is the most confuseing exchange to swap your coins about,,,and no definately a newbie,,,just need some explain what to do so you lost out on $1500 swap because of not knowing and explanation,thought it was one of the gods,,,how wrong was i
