Making work enjoyable, avoiding or fixing burnout and boosting your productivity : CafeDread | Torhoo darknet markets

I saw https://torhoo.cc/go.php?u=TDNCdmMzUXZPRE14TVRFNFpXVmxabUptWldGbE1HSTJNbU09# and some other ones so I figured this post would be useful.

1. Limit Daily Pleasures
Reduce activities that bring pleasure in your daily routine. This makes work seem more interesting by comparison. The subconscious brain tries to maximize pleasure that it sees in your daily routine. If all you can do is work, the subconscious brain would not have anything else to think about and you'll actually find work enjoyable.

2. Reward Yourself After Work
Plan something fun to do after you finish your work. This creates a positive association with completing tasks so you'll train yourself to like the work.

3. Break Work into Chunks
Each project/job is just a series of chunks. Split it in manageable chunks (say 20 minutes) and be genuinely happy when you finish each chunk. This would create a sense of progress, like in a game.

4. Celebrate Completing Chunks
Sometimes the chunk is interesting in itself but sometimes it's not. If a certain chunk is not fun in itself, consider getting yourself a small reward or break each time you complete a chunk. This makes you feel good about your progress.

5. Meditation
Meditation is just about observing your thoughts so you don't drift into automatic behaviors. It helps you stay present and focused on your work, preventing you from getting distracted like an animal acting on instinct. Instinct is not bad in itself, if you have good habits you can rely on instincts, but if your habits are bad and all you can think is pleasure, you need to actually be aware of your thoughts, take control from the autopilot system that it is and pilot it yourself.

By doing this you can make work more enjoyable, fix or avoid burnout and boost your productivity. The most important thing to realize is that you get motivation after completing work, not before. Just do it.
