Just curious, but instead of having a centralized server that can be eventually traced and tracked, why hasn't anyone come up with some type of system where each person who connects acts as a mirror and decentralized server while they're logged into the site? That way they'd never be able to track someone reliably. I mean I'm ok with IT but there's got to be some way to accomplish this right?
