What are the recommendations when taking meth to reduce harm to health (use internasally) and recover as soon as possible after a marathon? Vitamins, cardioprotectors, something else? How to reduce the harmful effects on the teeth?
For your teeth, keep your mouth wet. Don't let it go dry for long. Drink lots of water. Brush them, and use a floride rinse occasionally. Google up on proper method for brushing & floride.
rinse your nose with saline solution (not afrin or any of that crap which causes problems on its own) - you can make your own saline with salt & distilled water if you want to be very sure there's no other ingredients in it - maybe use a neti pot if you want to get really fancy but a regular nasal spray bottle (you can get empties on amazon or wherever) is fine
meth is neurotoxic rather than cardiotoxic so whatever vitamins/supplements you take should focus on brain health/neuroprotection. 9mebc & bromantane are two supplements that are supposed to be good for mitigating the effects of meth use. NAC is a good one you can get at any health food store. b vitamins. lion's mane. magnesium threonate (usually trademarked as "magtein" - special kind of magnesium that crosses the blood-brain barrier). omega-3s maybe. wash all that shit down with a lot of water, avoid sugary drinks or sodas as those won't help your teeth any
make sure you get some sleep (even a few catnaps is better than nothing) again drink lots of water & brush your teeth. a lot of the damaging effects of meth on teeth come from smoking (toxic residue hangs out on teeth etc) but dehydration is also responsible for a lot of the problems - if your mouth is dry your teeth get ornery - & be mindful of grinding/clenching them as well
I use Xlear nasal rinse - IMHO it is far superior to a basic saline spray. It has xylitol in it which helps keep the nasals feeling nice and lubed up. Also, I take Thorne 2 Day Multivitamin, Alpha Lipoic Acid and NAC (both to protect against oxidation of important shit in the brain). Also, I use Biotene dry mouth gel. That stuff will really get the saliva going! and of course, I brush my teeth twice a day. Every once in a while I will put some Ayr saline nasal gel up the nose too. It's a fucking hassle, but I feel like doing all of these things are the least I can do to help curb the negative effects of what is a pretty toxic drug (that I won't stop taking, of course).
Read this for supplements.

Vitamin D3 & K2, antioxidents, good B Vitamin complex & good multi vitamin. Food & water.
For cardio one thing that's not on that list would be Co-Q10/Ubiquinol/etc
Get yourself some blood pressure medicine. Clonidine or that other one that's often prescribed as well.
