if you must operate with btc you should try letting it go through many rounds in a coin join such as samurai or wasabi. it will pay out in multiple wallets that you own the keys to over time to further obfuscate ownership and linkage. there is also the options to exchange to XMR and then sell XMR on agora desk or local monero at a premium cost for bitcoin to balance your losses from coin join. it is some work but it saves you money and is a very thorough process.
