Right, where is my money?! I've been waiting over a month for my deposit. Support says they are backlogged and that if I reply that it will put my ticket to the end of the line. It's absurd that they are treating customers like this.

I haven't gotten my deposit yet, and there's no update on my support ticket. It's pretty frustrating. I was hopeful for a solution until I heard what went down with CD's withdrawals. Now, I've totally lost faith in Bohemia.

When did you make your deposit? I would most likely count it as a loss and move on.

I used to love Bohemia but seeing the threads posted on this sub would be a HUGE red flag to not deposit anything.

1. Your money won't make it to your account wallet

2. IF it somehow makes it to your account wallet, it won't make it to your vendor

They've gone from taking from vendors to taking from the customers as well, using some of it to repay vendors only so the vendor will post here that they finally received their money, giving people the impression everything is going to be okay but really the few withdraws they are actually processing is just to buy time so they can take more.

As far as I was aware the old wallet is void when new wallet is generated.
My issue was not resolved, my questions remain unanswered.
No reply from Bohemia support staff, issues persist, mine and everyone else's, no end in sight. Yet Bohemia Public Relations Officer has plenty time correcting people on dread.
Where is my money?

Deposited funds on the 2nd of November ,had two open tickets which were closed ??
Then sent another ticket asking why the tickets have been closed,now this ticket has been closed but still no funds ;((
Also why am I still able to deposit funds when so many deposits are still missing ??

UPDATE
My recent withdrawal has been removed from my wallet withdrawal history after being “QUEUED” for 2 days and the money has not reached my wallet yet.
Now there are no funds in my Bohemia wallet or in my wallet and no history of the transaction and still no reply from Bohemia staff on ticket.
