So like a lot of buyers I opened a account on dark matter. Sent my coins and of course no deposit. Submitted a ticket and no reply. Messaged ggottiv and got a reply that I should message support. Already did that. I've been on the markets since 2017 and never had a issue with deposits. I've been threw exit scams and seizures but never not had my coins show up. What they should have did was say don't deposit money right now or turn it off knowing they can't fix the issue right away. Sounds funny to me.

Totally not. I'm on there now. I can see everyone else's complaints. Just had a conversation with someone named ggottiv. I've been on the markets to long to be phised. Also talked to a vendor I use on abacus. I'm at the right place. And thank you for your reply as well

They aren't giving answers . First it was give transaction ID and wallet address. Now they need a secret view key. I told him to take his friends and family out with my missing coin since I'm not going to see it again. People can be only so patient before they start thinking the worse. Don't hear from a family member for over 12hrs your not going to be thinking there somewhere having fun. Your going to be thinking the worse. I'm not the one to spread fud but no answers and moving the goal post isn't giving to many options. Thank you for taking time to respond

they really should have paused the deposits as soon as they realized they dont work anymore.
its weird for an exit scam, as some people say automatic withdrawls still work.
the problem seems to exist for more than 24h.

Same boat. Deposit is stalled. They requested Txid, wallet destination address, secret key, AND now my PGP signature for the encrypted message I sent the vendor with my location details. I sent them all of these things, sans the PGP signature, because I didn't sign the PGP message. I have never seen a market ask or require that, although they are claiming in agreeing to their terms/conditions that this is part of the process. Am hopeful they will push my deposit through or allow me to withdrawal it, given I provided all the other information (which is more than sufficient), but if they just take my deposit because I can't provide a PGP signature after the fact I am going to be pretty fucking annoyed. Sorry that I didn't sign a PGP message? I have literally never seen another market ask for this, let alone have a deposit just fully stall a deposit and leave it in limbo. Really hoping this gets resolved.

Even if my order expired before the team got to my ticket, they would literally just reopen it and mark it "paid". stop spreading fud g
